The reservation is confirmed with a deposit by bank transfer or credit card and the balance inhotel.
In case of cancellation:
Up to 7 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refundable, but a voucher will be issued which can be spent by 30/10/2025
From the 6th day to the day of arrival the deposit will no longer be refundable.
In case of early departure, a penalty will be charged, equal to the price of the booked and confirmed package.
