In case of cancellation:
Up to 7 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refundable, but a voucher with open dates will be issued that can be spent by 31/10/25
From the 6th day to the day of arrival, the deposit will no longer be refundable.
In case of early departure, a penalty will be charged, equal to the price of the booked and confirmed package.
